YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE the coach recommends — Pro is earned, not picked

Pro means more training years than Advanced — it’s an experience level, not a paid tier, and everyone pays the same. The coach assigns it from your training history; wanting the hardest plan isn’t the same as being ready for it. Disagree? Tell the coach below — that’s a claim it can test.

I’ve trained 3 years, why am I not Advanced?
Fair challenge. Years alone don’t decide it — consistency and strength history do. Test: log your first two weeks of top sets. If your numbers match Advanced standards for your weight, I move you up and say I was wrong.
Your level is a claim like any other — it gets tested, not asserted
